办理条件（设立登记）
Conditions of Establishment | 根据国家现行法律、法规的规定，外国企业从事下列生产经营活动应办理登记注册：
According to the present Chinese laws, foreign enterprises involving following business should first have a registration
一、 陆上、海洋的石油及其他矿产资源勘探开发；
Exploration of oil and other mineral resources
二、房屋、土木工程的建造、装饰或线路、管道、设备的安装等工程承包；
Construction of buildings, pipe lines, and other installation of equipments
三、 承包或接受委托经营管理外商投资企业；
As a trustee of foreign investment enterprises
四、 外国银行在中国设立分行；
Foreign banks with Chinese branches
五、国家允许从事的其他生产经营活动。

6、外国（地区）企业董事长或总经理对负责人的任命书；
The appointment letter for the person in charge by the board chairman or the general manager
7、验资报告；
Report on the verification of capital
8、外国（地区）企业章程及董事会成员名单；
Constitutions and directors of the foreign enterprise
9、营业场所使用证明；
Document which proves the validity of the office

收费情况（依据、标准）
Charging | 收费依据：《公司登记管理条例》第五十六条、《关于发布工商行政管理系统行政事业收费项目和标准的通知》（1992年8月1日国家物价局、财政部价费字[1992]414号）；《关于第二批降低收费标准的通知》（1999年月10月20日国家计委、财政部计价格[1999]1707号）；《关于降低部分收费标准的通知》（2004年12月6日国家发改委、财政部发改价格[2004]2839号）。
收费标准：来华承包工程的外国（地区）企业开业注册登记费，以承包合同额计算，按外商投资企业注册登记费标准执行；外国（地区）企业来华承包经营管理的，注册登记费按管理年限累计的管理费的5‰收取；来华合作开发海洋石油的外国公司注册登记费：属勘探、开发期的，收取二千元；进入生产期的按外商投资企业注册的登记费标准执行；合作开发海洋石油的外国承包商，以合同承包额计算，按外商投资企业注册登记费标准执行；外国银行在我国设立分行，按外商投资企业注册登记费标准执行；变更登记费100元。
